Position Overview:
Talent Impact is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing located in the Phoenix, Az. region

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
� Develop holistic strategy and technical infrastructure to plan and execute tests, measure results, iterate improvements to increase efficiency of online marketing and e-commerce efforts. Define and implement solid Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy.

� Develop email, social media, and online programs to turn members into customers and customers into repeat customers while maximizing average shopping cart size.

� Manage internal promotions to improve cross-pollination among our network of brands, products, and service offerings.

� Create a customer analytics program to better understand and serve our members. Translate insights (client and consumer) into strong marketing strategies and execution.

� Leverage competitive intelligence and marketplace trends to provide leadership on how our client should innovate and evolve through new initiatives and CRM campaigns.

� Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop marketing programs that leverage core strengths to build customer brands, enhance customer relationships, and increase revenues.

� Establish loyalty programs to identify, serve and retain our best customers. Manage campaigns across multiple online channels including: Search, Display, and Social.

� Partner with internal teams (Marketing, IT, Product Development, Operations) to ensure a quality user experience. Review site metrics and customer feedback to recommend strategies to maximize online effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

� Drive the identification of trends and insights from customer experience surveys and marketing analytics and translate the learnings into action and change agendas.

� Create and manage the measurement of customer acquisition campaigns (Google Analytics, KissMetrics) to improve customer conversion and retention.

� Work hand-in-hand with marketing, content, product, and design teams to implement recommendations on SEO and CRM strategy

Skill Sets:
Bachelor�s Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field required

� MBA with an emphasis in marketing or e-Commerce preferred

� Prior experience with campaign and website optimization software (i.e. Google � Demonstrated expertise in delivering digital marketing campaigns resulting in tangible

� Search Engine Optimization expertise

� Proven ability to work well with creative teams.

� Three (3) plus years experience in brand marketing, product development, viral

� Prior experience at a major e-commerce site is highly desirable.

� Minimum three (3) years CRM marketing program experience.

� Maintain up-to-date online marketing knowledge and best practices.

� Current on online advertising and customer acquisition best practices and technologies.

� Extremely strong writing skills � concise, business oriented, marketing messages.

� Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills.

� Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans.

� Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

� Innovative, forward-thinker who excels at strategy creation and relationship building

� Experience creating executive data summaries to C-level executives and ability to

� Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities with tight timelines.

� Ability to interpret information for management decision making.

� Strong problem-solving and analysis skills.

� Strong aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.

� Success working in an influence-driven cross-functional environment.

� Must be able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers via telephone and email.

� Able to accurately receive information through oral communication.

� Can accurately review data and figures both in hard copy and electronic formats.

� Able to accurately sort through data and think through issues in a time-pressured environment.

� Able to focus on a specific event or activity for up to four (4) hours at a time without interruption.

� Can maintain a calm and collected presence while addressing the concerns of a difficult customer.

� Able to accurately learn and retain new information, knowledge and skills.

� Able to efficiently manage multiple projects, with varying degrees of priority, at the same time.
