Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking an Acquisition Integration Project Manager consultant to support the initiatives for our clients' Development Acquisition Integration (DAI) Organization. The Project Manager will provide program management support to the Integration Leads in delivering the DAI Workstreams, BUR,PTI and FOB, across the corporate integration pipeline.
The Project Manager will support workload, standardize processes, operationally organize and maintain a higher level of consistency for DAI overall. The ideal candidate will have strong program and project management skills, and experience in driving the collection of, review, and approvals for communications that will be sent by this lead. Experience in these areas is the critical component, possessing an actual PMP or prior expertise being an actual copywriting is not required. The Consultant should be outgoing, levelheaded and a flawless executor. They should be a high-impact individual contributor with solid writing skills, comfort with public and leadership speaking skills, and a positive spirit and "can do" attitude.
Specific responsibilities:
Standardize the output of the DAI Workstreams, including: engagement models, templates, presentations,IMO requirements, methodologies/standards, COI/finance management, APEX, etc.
Develop and deliver communications directed at engineering teams; including: presentations, emails, web content and training materials
Provide support to Transformation and Operational (T&O) initiatives
Define support structure and division of responsibilities across Integration and T&O initiatives
Deliver the Functional Onboarding sub-work stream that will: drive a compelling project roadmap to create a successful, satisfying, and straightforward employee experience of onboarding from an acquired company
Skills:
7 – 10 years B2B project/program management experience, including prior mergers and acquisition experience required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: written, verbal, presentation
Ability to watch the big picture as well as drive tactics
Ability to be a self-starter and problem solver who can work independently as well as in a team
High energy and desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility, diplomatic, professional
Strong presence with executive leadership
Capable of developing strategies and execute those to success
Ability to positively influence diverse types of individuals
Bachelor's degree or higher education equivalence
Project Manager Core Skills a plus
PMP Certification a plus
Prior Cisco experience strongly preferred
RATE: D.O.E., as W-2 employee of Crawford Group (benefits available)
LOCATION: Fully onsite at clients' office in San Jose, CA. No phone calls, please.
HOURS/DURATION: Full time, ASAP - ongoing.
