Position Overview:

Channel Impact is seeking a full time Business Development Manager to help our client accelerate global revenues of their Cloud Services offerings. In this role you will have responsibility for assisting the client with developing their global go-to-market strategy and supporting initiatives for driving sales of their new Cloud Consumption as a Service offering.

This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Development of Commercial Cloud go-to-market strategies to drive cloud services revenue

through the field and partners

2. Influence and inspire the field sales teams and partners to adopt the programs and incentives you are developing

3. Create new programs and incentives to accelerate cloud revenues

4. Educate the sales teams on the offering and how they can be used to accelerate sales

5. Work collaboratively with sales management teams at WW and Geo level to ensure programs are meeting their needs

6. Some travel will be required

Skill Sets:

- Knowledge and experience with SaaS and a Cloud go to market model

- Programmatic/marketing/sales experience in driving scale for global solutions

- Strong knowledge of the cloud sales process

- Teamwork: Ability to work cross-functionally and serve as initiative leader for theater rollouts.

- Strong Business Understanding: Ability to identify key opportunities, target initiatives to take

advantage of those opportunities, and implement the channel initiatives successfully.

- Strategic thinking and influence: Understanding of the client's enablement initiatives and value

proposition targeted to the field and partners and how to make it stronger.

- Ability to implement: Must be able to turn business strategies into successful initiatives that meet geo and partner needs. Your success will be measured by the end sales result of implementing initiatives and strategy as well as customer satisfaction delivered through the partner base.

- 7+ years related channel experience

- Typically, requires BS/BA degree

- MBA or advanced degree preferred
