Marketing Operations Specialist (Santa Cruz, CA)
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to work with marketing systems at a global high tech leader. The Operations Specialist would be responsible for managing the helpdesk ticketing system, creating "how to use" tutorials for the system, and publishing assets to the digital asset management solution and to intranet sites.
This is a 40 hr per week onsite role at the client's offices in Santa Cruz, CA. This is a 12 month project. The engagement would be as a w2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions.
Responsibilities:
• System Admin for Marketing systems, including publishing of assets, license management, tool usage monitoring and reporting
o Digital Asset Management
o Content Engine
o Marketing Collaboration
• Create a training program and self-help resources for existing systems
• Manage and enhance the support request management system
• Analyze data to make recommendations for improvements in collaboration, communication, process or tactics
Requirements:
• Customer-service oriented, personable, and positive attitude
• Experience working on a cross-functional team; good team player
• Proven project management skills; extremely organized and detail oriented
• Proven verbal, written and presentation communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• General understanding of web-based tools and ability to pick up new technical skills quickly
• Knowledge of PC and various software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop
• Basic knowledge of HTML, ideal
• College degree
