Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full time Marketing Analytics/ Business Intelligence Coordinator for an ongoing consulting opportunity with our technology client in Mountain View, CA. The Analyst will aggregate, analyze and effectively communicate the results of various initiatives to key internal stakeholders, with the goal of analyzing the impact of all activities' links to revenue generation.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiast of data-driven marketing, has a passion for marketing automation and marketing campaign best practices, as well as some hands on experience with marketing data analytics or business intelligence. Seeking someone who is detail oriented and accurate, who has good problem solving skills and has a passion for analytics and number crunching.
Responsibilities:
Discuss business intelligence needs or information with internal staff
Assist in establishing KPIs to effective measure ROI of marketing activities. Help develop scorecards and actionable insights from existing available datasets.
Collect revenue-relevant data from multiple sources such as lead/contact information from Salesforce, compile and run basic reports in Microsoft Excel (and if possible with Data Visualization Software - optional)
Providing weekly dashboards of campaigns / customer information within Eloqua
Preparing and making presentations of the data collected to internal stakeholders
Assist in designing new processes (using software such as Microsoft Visio or LucidChart)
Develop project plans from Microsoft PowerPoint roadmaps to ProjectTarget or Microsoft Project or similar software
Collect market intelligence feedback across the organization to build into the company's practices
Proactively identify areas for improvement and participate in idea generation for new and innovative reporting initiatives and support the team in developing reporting as new initiatives are rolled out
Assist team with administrative duties including, but not limited to: arranging meetings, taking meeting notes and special projects
Skills:
At least one year Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations experience
Must have a basic understanding of and a passion for/interest in marketing automation and marketing data analysis (including tools, dashboard and reporting) and marketing campaign best practices
Solid project management experience for prioritizing, managing and delivering multiple concurrent projects
Analytically minded as well possessing a natural ability to break down complex data, simplify and visually represent the flow of data in PowerPoint
Solid Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) skills (e.g. charts, formulas, queries, pivot tables, import/export, data manipulation) and a working knowledge of PowerPoint
Personality: Flexible, adaptable to changing and newly created processes and positive. Thrives in a collaborative and cooperative environment. High level of confidence and maturity.
Bachelor���s degree
Experience with tools such as Marketing Automation Platforms (Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo), Marketing Performance Management Solutions (Allocadia), Data Visualization Products (QlikView), CRM such as Salesforce.com and Digital Asset Management (DAM) such as Adobe Experience Manager preferred but not required
RATE: D.O.E. as a W-2 employee of Crawford Group; benefits available
LOCATION: 80% onsite at client's offices in Mountain View, CA, 20% offsite/remote/WFH/virtual/telecommute.
