Job Summary
Robert Half is seeking a Sourcer to be a part of the Recruiting Department. The department acts as a Recruiting Business Partner to Corporate Services, and other Robert Half organizations as requested, ensuring open positions are filled in a timely manner with quality candidates. Recruits for contract/temporary and regular full-time positions ranging from individual contributor roles to senior management positions. This includes orchestrating and driving the full-cycle recruiting process from opening requisitions through the offer process.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Implement targeted sourcing initiatives and generate a pipeline of candidates including active candidates from online databases, contact lists, and internal applicant tracking system and also passive candidates through networking, cold-calling, and complex internet searches and research.
• Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs and basic qualifications. Prepare detailed notes on sourced candidates.
• May at times be responsible for full cycle recruiting for individual contributor and lead level positions in Corporate Services.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure complete understanding of job responsibilities and requirements and to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective and timely search process.
• Provide Recruiter and Sr. Recruiter daily status updates on recruiting activity for specific positions and forward qualified candidates that can be shared with the hiring manager and may be appropriate for an in-person interview.
• Comply with all applicant tracking requirements and department processes and procedures.
• Identify and develop relationships with professional forums to source and identify top talent.
• Stay current on recruiting trends, including utilizing social media, and research and recommend new sourcing channels.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• AA degree or equivalent work experience required. Bachelor degree preferred. Human Resources/Management courses preferred.
• 2+ years' experience recruiting or sourcing in a corporate environment using multiple sourcing techniques for both active and passive candidates.
• Knowledge of Human Resources management practices and Federal and State employment laws.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
• ERP, Talent Management or Applicant Tracking System experience highly desired.
• Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, continually prioritizing workload.
• Strong attention to detail with good organization and follow-up skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
