- Minimum of five TEN (10) years experience with ADABAS/Natural programming in a mainframe/CICS environment.
- Minimum of FIVE (5) years experience with developing systems using Natural Structure.
- Understanding of Object Oriented Design principles and methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience with JCL.
- Formal testing experience.
- Strong documentation and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with full suite of Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work with both business and technical staff in a team environment English as first language is a huge plus but not a necessity (we have come across some situations where this has caused some difficulties)
