Websphere BPM Developer

Duties and Responsibilities:

J2EE integration with Middleware and enterprise applications. Design, develop and testing using IBM IID Directly contribute to solution development in the areas of process flow, business logic and user interface Lead solution playbacks to iterate requirements and implementation directly with business users Apply business concepts such as key process indicators, service level agreements, metrics and reporting to solutions Control the flow of process execution, decision making and exception management across multiple organizational roles and systems/applications Tailor user screens for each process activity to enable end-users to interact with multiple internal/external systems through a single interface Monitor BPM process execution and perform performance tuning using IBM Business Monitor and other options provided in the software for ensuring optimal configuration and performance Develop integration to other vendor products like ERP, CRM etc. using IBM WebSphere Integration Designer or other integration technologies/techniques Install, configure and manage an IBM BPM (advanced) environment using core product skills and best practice methods

Knowledge and Skills:

5 or more years of experience in J2EE development (JCA, EJB, JNDI) 5 or more years with IBM technology including WebSphere Process Server, WebSphere ESB. 5 or more years working with enterprise messaging including JMS, MQSeries. Efficient in BPEL, Meditation Module Efficient in IBM Integration Designer (IID) version 7.5+ Expert in WSDL, XML and XSD Working knowledge in SCA and SOA Strong systems, problem solving and analytical skills; excellent verbal & written communication skills Highly effective time management and organizational skills Independence with assignments Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment Customer service orientation Strong understanding of diverse technical environments and platforms

Knowledge: Knowledge and skills identified are typically acquired by completing a Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology or related field and/or may be acquired by working in related areas within the IT industry for 4 - 6 years.
