RiskIQ, an Internet Security SaaS Solution company in San Francisco, is looking for an Inside Sales Manager. This manager will build and manage our inside sales team. Candidates will have experience leading inside sales teams responsible for targeting enterprise security prospects, partners and customers. You will be a metrics based manager, understanding how to track daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly results. You will have experience using Salesforce (preferred) or another similar CRM tool.

> A dynamic and driven inside sales leader

> A leader who can develop and implement a successful sales compensation plan

> Be able to develop a metric tracking system via CRM (Salesforce preferred)

> Ability to hire business development/lead generation/inside sales people

> Motivating the team to over achieve sales quotas, and make necessary when required to do so

> Based in Kansas City or San Francisco

> Able to work cross functionally with multiple teams including Feld Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer > > Success/Support, Multiple Channels and Marketing

> Help our team achieve a high rate of success by implementing creative lead generation programs



Your background includes:

> 7-10 years of inside sales and at least 5 years of leadership and management

> Expertise in either the enterprise or security SaaS markets

> Leading a team that consistently exceeded quota and expectations monthly and quarterly

> A desire to build and lead a small team in a high growth start up

> A metrics based leadership style

> Creative thinker in lead generation

> Desire to work for a stellar start-up that is successfully creating a new market
