Please direct your responses to: ndavid@tworiverscorporation.com<br /><br /> The first phase of the Matrix Organization Project is a pilot, to enable the primary audience, North American Operations Group (includes areas such as IT, Nursery, R&D, etc.. (full list to be identified)), to operate effectively in a matrix organization. <br /><br /> <br /><br /> Activities:<br /><br /> Balance of project coordination, communications and metrics distribution tracking.<br /><br /> <br /><br /> In the short term, work with organizational development lead to identify activities for the month of June, to prepare for July conference, including flushing out the project plan. On completion of June preparation work, continue to work on the larger plan to implement the pilot. Skills include some project management (including Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint), organizational and change management/communications.<br /><br /> <br /><br /> Change Project Management/Coordination<br /><br /> · Work with the Organizational Development Lead to develop and put in place a project plan for the Change work based on OD task list<br /><br /> · Schedule learning sessions <br /><br /> · Conduct participation tracking reporting for learning sessions<br /><br /> · Distributing and tracking assessments and results along with tracking progress check in sessions.<br /><br /> Change Management Activities:<br /><br /> · Based on the identified the framework for a decision making flow:<br /><br /> o Identify all of the impacted roles/people – stakeholder assessment<br /><br /> o Work on role clarity, such as providing the skills and tools to function in a matrix organization<br /><br /> o Conduct assessments to implement processes<br /><br /> o Work on and implement the decision making architecture <br /><br /> o Training and development to support behavioral changes along with the decision making assessment <br /><br /> o Process implementation across several business units over time<br /><br /> o Identify and implement new processes<br /><br /> o Set up measures for the matrix organization<br /><br /> o Conduct assessments, training and lessons learned<br /><br /> <br /><br />
