This is a 5-6 month contract to hire position..
Primary (P) or Secondary (S) Key Responsibilities:
What are the main responsibilities of the position? Indicate which are primary (essential to the job) and which are secondary
(not essential to the job).
*** Act as the Americas Marketing owner of the overall integrated marketing plans across the Strategic Alliances
*** Be the one voice representing the strategic alliances back to corporate with a strong understanding of the campaign
strategy, deliverables and key success metrics and ensuring corporate develops the appropriate content and assets in a timely
fashion
*** Build a strong virtual (areas and corporate and Strategic Alliances Marketing) team that works to develop integrated
marketing strategies and executes against those plans to achieve the agreed upon metrics.
*** From the operations team, area teams and other sources, gather the data required to develop targeted account based
marketing strategic alliance integrated marketing strategies
*** Develop the key measurable metrics for the overall campaign that the team will be held accountable for
*** Oversee the budget; overall Americas Plan, metrics and marketing spend ROI
*** Execute the electronic aspects of the integrated marketing plan including; webcasts, email, 3rd party hosting, direct
mailers, podcasts, etc… Work with areas to ensure they have the content and assets they need to execute all campaign related
local area activities where appropriate
*** Work with the strategic alliances, operations team, corporate team and area teams to gain access to the data (company,
market and contact) to affectively build account based marketing plans.
*** Work with teleprospecting to ensure they are fully aware of the campaigns, the associated activities, and they have the
content and data they need to be successful where appropriate
***Oversee, provide direction and manage outside vendors where appropriate
*** Responsible for having a complete view of all marketing activities within each Strategic Alliances segment
*** Foster close working relationships with stakeholders internal and external to Marketing to ensure the success of the plan
***Work with the appropriate teams to ensure, at any time, to have access/or develop the reports that show the impact of each
campaigns
Functional Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
• Job requires an excellent understanding of how to build and execute an integrated marketing strategy
• This person should have experience building joint marketing plans with large vendors and an understanding of
company´s solutions and capabilities.
• This person needs to have excellent direct or virtual management skills as well as the ability to collaborate and
project manage a cross-functional team of marketing professionals
• Very Strong Communication and written skills
• Excellent project management skills including? leading a team of marketing, corporate marketing people to achieve a
common goal, capability to multi-task, to see the big picture and build a fully integrated marketing plan with the input and
contributions of others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills to keep all aspects of the campaign on schedule
• Strong analysis and decision making abilities,? including problem-solving
• Practical experience in interpreting marketing data
• Strong sense of ownership and desire/ability to exceed expectations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work on tight deadlines
• The ability to work independently and be self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving individual and team
objectives.
