CIBER is searching for an expert SAP HCM Team Lead. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing a HCM team as he/she will be responsible for executing a large full life cycle implementation project. Ability to travel is an important consideration to this position, as this person will support a client in Anchorage, Alaska. The ideal candidate should have exceptional customer service skills along with expertise and experience with SAP PA, OM, Benefits, Time, Payroll, and ESS/MSS modules.
Duration: 10-12 months

Required Skills:
• Prior Team Lead of a large implementation
• Knowledge of SAP PA, OM, Benefits, Time, Payroll, and ESS/MSS modules with expertise in at least one module area
• 2 or more full life cycle implementations
