We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to work at our global High Tech client to manage a wide range of marketing processes and projects and perform a range of administrative and marketing support duties related to the daily operations of the Marketing Communications team. This individual interacts with account managers, product management and development, marketing operations, business units, and customer support departments to ensure effective and consistent communication and delivery.
Responsibilities:
•Assist Marketing Operations Director in coordinating various integrated communication and marketing activities.
•Interface with counterparts and building relationships cross functionally and globally.
•Coordinate production of a wide range of marketing communications.
•Develop and maintain channel plans, project schedules and milestones, and other planning docs
•Execute a wide variety of details that involve direct mail, email broadcast campaigns, onsite placements, seller communications, and other marketing plans.
•Maintain communication with all organizations and provide prompt answers to requests in order to determine how to convey concise, clear, and timely selective information.
•Coordination of segmentation data with messaging by channel.
•Implement project management system for documenting and tracking activities.
•Plan and run team coordination meetings.
Requirements:
•Excellent project management skills.
•Must handle multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail and should possess strong analytic and problem solving skills; ability to multi-task.
•Ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•Sound understanding of marketing principles.
•Work collaboratively and effectively as a team member.
•Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or organizational development.
This is a 40 hour per week, 12 month project, at the client's offices in San Jose, CA. This is a w2 opportunity with Stage 4 Solutions.
