| **This position is located in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The primary responsibility of the Senior Supply Chain Analyst is to lead the extended execution team and meet product delivery schedule to our retail and distribution partners in North America. This person will report directly into the regional fulfillment senior manager and play a strategic role with the ability to make ad-hoc decisions on site, facilitate new site, automation and technology set up and review forecast and purchasing signals. This person will also have tactical responsibilities facilitating the demand signal and day-by-day production execution schedule with the third party. This position requires BS/BA degree or equivalent with 8 or more years of related experience and 2 or more years of direct management experience. The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Strong management skills including effective time management, communications, problem resolution, decision making, presentation, human relations, organization, and delegation. Managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to coordinate priorities and initiatives. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Excellent planning and problem solving skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and limited resource environment. Dynamic, motivated, and results oriented creative thinker.
