Title: Event Project Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 3 mos+ (renewable per quarter)
- 5+ years of professional experience in Event Project Management
- Experienced in Event management and Marketing Project management
- Responsible for collateral creation, program management of global advisory board events, content management, setting up executive briefing, interfacing with CIOs and customers, helping to create executive communications, and creating emails for VPs.
- Will be responsible for video files and clean up and pre-work with customers.
- Work with vendor on videos and hard copy of the presentation.
- Collaborate with different level of management.
