Contract-to-hire
LOCATION San Francisco, CA (downtown)
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must have a minimum of two years related accounting experience
-Bachelor´s degree in Accounting or Finance
-Must have partnership, subsidiary, and consolidation experience
-Knowledge of Excel is required
-Strong reconciliation skills/experience
-Knowledge of QuickBooks is a must
-Intercompany accounting experience required
PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED
-Experience and proficiency with Oracle highly preferred
-Assisted with accounting system migration efforts ideal
-Public accounting experience and/or CPA preferred
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
-Apply US GAAP and procedures to analyze financial information
-Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensuring appropriate accounting controls are in place
-Research & reconcile certain balance sheet accounts
-Record subsidiary schedules and transactions into the GL
-Record & reconcile intercompany transactions
-Perform daily & monthly reconciliations for tax equity funds
-Maintain complex GLs of assigned assets, including related worksheets and analysis reports
-Perform ad hoc projects, when needed
