South San Francisco, CA-based re-seller of Tier 1 ERP software is in need of a Marketing Coordinator.
The Marketing Coordinator acts as the marketing liaison with the vendor and will participate in developing and carrying out strategic marketing plans.
Tactical responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Distribute all marketing-related communication from the vendor to Account Executives and support the sales staff to ensure promotional opportunities are fulfilled.
2. Plan and coordinate seminars/webinars/events and conferences. Carry out all aspects (including event-planning and advertising) of company marketing activities including Business Forums, Seminars and other prospect-attendance programs.
3. Coordinate and prepare the bi-annual marketing plans.
4. Maintain and organize the marketing repository of documents on the server for use by Account Executives and ensure they are aware of what tools and documents are available to them.
5. Organize and oversee company telemarketing and lead generation campaigns. Participate in designing the markets to be targeted and coordinate email based and other marketing campaigns around the telemarketing activities.
6. Maintain the company web site, including its on-going development.
7. Maintain and update company social media outlets.
Qualifications:
1. 2 years minimum experience in marketing/sales
2. Experience in development of promotional materials
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization is a plus
5. BA in Marketing is preferred
6. Graphic and design experience is a plus
7. Able to track and measure the success of marketing activities
