CHANGE MANAGEMENT PROJECT MANAGER FOR CISCO
We are looking for a Change Management Project Manager for our client, Cisco.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop and implement Change Management strategy and transformation process.
Analyze resource requirements and schedule for deployment.
Conduct Change Management analyses to identify pre- and post-implementation scenarios.
Create and deploy Project Plan for all Change Management team deliverables.
Conduct cross-functional stakeholder analyses , issues and mitigations.
Establish leadership alignment to build sponsorship for change initiatives.
Create and execute communications and training plan to support Change Management processes.
Create Metrics to assess the progress and effectiveness of Change Management strategy and process.
Develop and administer assessments to measure stakeholder, organization and user change readiness.
Identify opportunities to minimize project risks and escalate as appropriate.
Manage and resolve day-to-day escalations from teams.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
5-10+ years of leading small to medium change management projects
5+ years of developing change strategies to support program transition and user experience changes.
Experienced in performing organizational/process/user impact analyses and stakeholder assessments
Developing training strategies and communication strategies and material.
Sponsors engagement and organizational change readiness.
Duration: Open-ended Contract
