SR. DATA ANALYST / PROCESS ANALYST at CISCO

We are looking for a Sr. Data Analyst / Process Analyst for our client, Cisco. This position is primarily responsible for data management, creating and analyzing reports as well as process review and documentation.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Create and build department reports using existing data sources and tools.

Analysis reports and develop action plans to address identified gaps in existing process.

Work with the existing team to ensure validation of process documented and develop reporting tools to assist w/ communication of the status of the processes.

Create new and build out current process flows and identify key interdependences.

Provide alignment with AS-IS Systems State and segment out flows based on owner and functionality.

Modify process flows to accommodate all requirements of Cisco Call Session Control Platform (CSCP) limited availability leading to General Availability.

Create supporting documentation.
Provide support for determining specific requirements.
Provide support for developing specific solutions.
Provide support for verifying accuracy of data and processes.
Update appropriate flows and process documentation.
Manage documentation updates.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Background working with Cisco in the wider field of Service Operations/OPS (service offer creation/enablement or services quoting/ordering and contract management) preferred.

Understanding of the services business or understanding of Cisco's services portfolio products.

Minimum 2 years experience as either a senior data analyst or process analyst; some experience in the other field.

Strong oral and written communication skills, including those related to technical and process documentation.

Experience as contributor in large-scale cross-functional projects.

Proven ability to synthesize complex data into manageable actionable information.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Detailed focused individual with the ability to assist with the validation of reporting criteria (data elements).

Extensive experience in detailed process flows, spreadsheets and tracking tools.

Ability to communicate, coordinate, and work cross functionally.

Expertise in MS Office tools (i.e., Word, Excel, MS Project, Visio, etc.).

Access database experience a plus.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
