• Close to 5 years of directly relevant QA work experience
• Requires in-depth knowledge and experience with Java based application's quality assurance.
• 4+ years of dedicated experience in web based functional and regression testing
• 3+ years of devices/mobile integration testing (iPhone, Android, other smart phones & tablet etc)
• Experience authoring comprehensive test plans and test scripts.
• Demonstrated experience with data validation testing on large complex projects
• Demonstrated experience with analyzing technical requirements.
• Should be self-starter and able to work with minimal guidance
• Excellent communication skills are a must for this position.

Devices/Mobile QA LEAD Engineer (one open position)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant subject area
- 7 years of professional experience in IT or business
- 5 years hands-on experience testing enterprise applications in the CE device area (iPhone, Android & other smart phones & tablet devices, etc)
- 3 year of experience in a technical leadership / supervisory role
- Experience authoring comprehensive test plans and test scripts
- Experience testing or developing within any of the following technologies is preferred: Visual C++, VB, Visual Interdev/ASP, Active X, COM+, ODBC, OLEDB, Win32 APIs, MS SQL Server, Java, JSP, JHTML, Oracle, Solaris, Flash
- Strong business acumen to quickly learn new business processes and understand how IT needs to support the business in achieving revenue and profit goals
- Proven ability to pull a diverse group of individuals with different goals together and facilitate productive discussions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to motivate and mentor others within work group
- Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical IT teams
- Lean experience with applied principles and methods preferred.
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with iterative and waterfall development methodologies (e.g. BABOK, XP, Scrum, RUP, XUP, etc)
