Title: Business Analyst - Tax
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 mos+ (reneweable per quarter)
We have a current position for an Analyst with the following skills:
- 7+ years of professional experience
- Law firm or public accounting experience required.
- Compensation and Benefits Tax Position: Candidate expected to have basic research skills, communication and collaboration skills and experience managing small projects.
- Experience in U.S. compensation, employment and/or benefits tax preferred.
- Experience in the international area is helpful as well.
- Duties to include analysis of current plans/processes for various benefits; research in the area of employment and benefits tax; cross-functional engagement with partners in Legal, HR Benefits and Compensation, Global Relocation, Global Payroll and Stock Plan Administration.
- This position supports the Director by reviewing plans, policies and process-flow documentation, applying critical thinking to identify and analyze issues, performing tax research and communicating with cross-functional partners.
