ivgStores is an 8 year old Florida based multi-niche etailer that was the tenth fastest growing internet retailer in 2011 (IR-280) and just opened a new office in San Francisco.

We are looking for a Director of Ecommerce Marketing to work in our San Francisco office on Bryant Street, a "guru" who knows ecommerce inside and out, and has been looking for a chance to get a piece of a company whose growth he or she can significantly impact; someone who can fully develop, rapidly and effectively implement, manage and expand our very rudimentary SEO, paid search and affiliate program and help us launch comparison shopping, blogs, social media, loyalty and email programs.
We are self funded, have always been profitable, and grew 70% last year with over 100,000 customers, 250,000 products and 400 niche sites, despite having virtually no email programs, no comparison shopping (except free Google Shopping), no social media, no blogs, no loyalty program, no contests, dated SEO, almost no promotions, no reputation management, and no real affiliate management.

If you are a proven manager, have a strong combination of analysis and action, and feel you have the full breadth of experience and knowledge to take all this low hanging fruit and turn it into increased traffic and sales to our sites - and if you know and follow SEOmoz, Panda, and can innovate, market, inspire and through your enthusiasm, and drive grow our business so we realize our potential, then we are prepared to let you earn a generous piece of that business on top of generous salary, performance bonuses, and healthcare benefits. (This may also be a path for someone with the right skills to ultimately become CEO of our Company).
