In this position the individual will work with client groups' managers, ensuring seamless HR support in all functional HR areas, and in alignment with business needs and objectives. The individual will coach managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, and develop and provide decision-support HR metrics and analysis, and effectively partner with clients and HR specialists to solve problems, deliver solutions and improve the HR products and services. The individual will be proactive and strategic in approach, yet pay attention to the details to ensure the reinforcement and sustainability of the solutions that are implemented. Responsibilities include deployment of HR programs, handling employees through the full employment cycle, performance management cycle, workforce planning, compensation problem solving, managing employee relations issues, and the production of HR analytics and reporting.

This position requires at least 8 years of experience with a BA degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred. The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people. A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team. Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
