In this position, the individual will manage and direct the design and qualification of the electrical and mechanical aspects of the enterprise-class SSD devices. Direct experience on embedded systems required, and storage industry experience strongly preferred - including a significant contact database of vendors and suppliers of storage technology. Experience with high-speed serial interfaces also preferred. Ability to demonstrate leadership abilities required, including ability to work with OEM customers and cross-functional teams. Proven ability to hire and grow a team is preferred.
