Description:

The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and referring applicants for positions throughout Bare Escentuals. This person will possess excellent recruiting and interviewing skills/techniques, a good knowledge of all specialized functions in the Company, and a basic understanding of the retail organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of human resources policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices. This position will partner with hiring managers to review the qualifications of a prospective candidate's application, conduct interviews based on those qualifications and assess expertise and evaluate cultural fit of applicants for Bare Escentuals. The Corporate Recruiter will perform background references, verifications, etc. and negotiate and counsel hiring managers on offer terms.

Primary Responsibilities:

•Manage assigned corporate and retail positions for Bare Escentuals by working with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
•Source and screen resumes for potential candidates using a variety of tools including Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn, job boards, networking and employee referrals
•Write candidate assessments after completing phone screens.
•Conduct thorough interviews with ideal candidates.
•Conduct related pre-employment screening, where appropriate.
•Generate offers to candidates.
•Assist with paperwork and administrative details related to new hires.
•Propose and implement ongoing improvements to recruitment efforts.
•Attend job fairs, college fairs and trade shows as necessary.
•Partner with area employment agencies for temporary placements

Job Qualifications

•Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience.
•A minimum of 4-5 years of related recruiting/HR experience required, in a high volume environment.
•Previous experience in retail or beauty environment is strongly preferred
•Previous experience recruiting for a variety of corporate positions, including extensive experience recruiting for technology positions.
•Previous HR generalist experience is strongly preferred.
•Possess a wide range of experience on current external recruiting policies, practices and market trends.
•CIR or ACIR certified preferred with strategic social media recruiting experience,
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work with a wide range of internal and external customers.
•Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
•Candidates should have a proven track record of bringing in the best possible talent.
•Must enjoy working in a fluid and fast paced environment and be a master of multi-tasking.
•Excellent interpersonal as well as strong administrative skills.
•Demonstrated experience recruiting at all levels of an organization from entry to senior level.
•Proven track record of successful relations with hiring managers and guiding managers through the hiring process.
•Must be a patient, communicative, team player with a solid foundation in customer service.
•PC proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, MS Outlook
