[KITlist] FP&A Analyst - R&D Support (Sunnyvale, CA)

We are currently looking for a experienced FP&A Analyst, reporting to our FP&A Director. You will predominately be the business partner for our R&D organization, supporting all aspects of their financial planning activity. We are growing rapidly and the ability to scale support for R&D as we continue to grow is essential. This is a newly-created position. Duties include:

Duties

Interact with all levels of management to provide relevant financial information.
Support the monthly and quarterly reporting
Complete ad-hoc analysis as needed
Create and maintain online sales reporting 

Requirements

2-3 years prior experience in an FP&A role, preferably with an OEM manufacturer
At least 2-3 years supporting a global R&D organization is essential
Strong Excel and systems skills
Bachelor�s Degree in Finance/Accounting a must
