Seeking a Director of Cardiovascular Services/Critical Care for a hospital in El Paso, TX.
Must have:
-BSN (MSN preferred)
Valid TX-RN or eligibility for license
-7 years supervisory experience in critical care, cardiovascular or emergency nursing
-Contract development/negotiation and business plan development experience
-Current CPR certification
Preferred:
-CCRN or CEN
-Nursing Executive Leadership Certification (or obtain it within 2 years of starting in position)
Offering a $3000 fee either to a candidate who contacts me, or to anyone that sends me a candidate that is ultimately hired for this position.
