We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to manage our client's mobile digital identity and secure workspace solutions. The position, based in the Silicon Valley, will report to the Director of Products and Solutions. The challenge for this role in the first 90 days will be to articulate the value of the solutions and work with Marcom in building all the fundamentals of marketing and sales for North American and Asia Pacific.
Primary Duties
• Act as the market expert for the identity and workspace solutions
• Work with Marcom to develop a strategic marketing plan to increase awareness of the product line
• Influence product requirements and the product roadmap
• Develop plans t acquire and retain customers
• Gather and analyze metrics on program effectiveness
• Launch products
• Establish the company as a thought leader in its industry
• Own and match the sales process to the customer's buying process
• Plan and develop channel training programs
• Create and deliver product and solution presentations
• Support Sales and the channel with product information
• Assist Marcom in planning and managing tradeshows and other events
Desired Skills and Experience
• 5+ years experience as a Product Marketing Manager with SECURITY PRODUCTS
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, computer science or equivalent
• Experience with one or more of data security, USB products, digital identity technologies, VDI, virtual desktops and cloud computing
• Experience in the software industry
• Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong project management background
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and graphic design background a plus
• Detail oriented
Compensation $150k base plus bonus Relocation assistance is NOT offered
