Contract Position: Expert Matchmaker
Are you a marketing communications pro who is a natural matchmaker? Do you have a robust and active network and love to connect with people? Join our team and use your talents to deliver the perfect expert to our extremely demanding high tech clients.
You will be trained on and adhere to the unique High Tech Connect sourcing and screening process. You must execute deliverables flawlessly while maintaining a sense of humor and juggling multiple priorities.
Fast forward one year from today:
· You are responsible for generating $1.5 million in revenue annually and managing up to 10 complex
consultant searches simultaneously
· You will have engaged 10 new client accounts by reaching out to your connections and marketing colleagues
· You've met in-person with more than 50 client managers and determined how High Tech Connect can deliver the expertise they need
· You let nothing fall through the cracks, and respond to clients and consultants within 2-4 hours
· You will have leveraged your marketing expertise to fully understand the client's specific project needs, and identify, present, and deliver the right expert
· You have raised our company visibility by developing trusted, solid relationships with both our clients and consultants
· With your contribution, the entire team is able to focus on strategic goals and drive revenue growth

The ideal candidate will:
· Understand the dynamics of corporate marketing environments
· Deliver insanely great customer service and relationship management
· Remain focused on priorities and results in a busy environment
· Drive their own training to ensure adherence to our unique methods
Details include:
· Full-time, minimum 3 month contract role with possibility of extension or conversion to perm employment
· 100% on-site in Pleasanton, California
· Compensation commensurate with experience
