Role: Distribution Support Manager
Location: Clearwater/ Tampa , FL
Time Commitment: Full time

Position Overview:
Channel Impact is seeking a full time Distribution Support Manager to help our client accelerate their two-tier channel business with Tech Data. This is a W2 opportunity at Channel Impact.
In this role you will be supporting the client's account team with their day-to-day account management needs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Issue Resolution: collaborate with the client's team as well as the Tech Data distribution team to resolve issues, support deals, and coordinate cross-functional resources
• Business Process Lead: Coordinates, executes and helps refine business processes between Partners, Distribution and Client
• Cross-functional Coordination & Support - Works with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering and Customer Service to execute team business plan and specific growth initiatives
• Business Metrics Reporting and Analysis - Maintains business metrics and performs data analysis tasks for business reviews, sales planning, and performance updates
Overtime this position will evolve to include managing targeted distribution sales programs.
A critical success factor for this role is the ability to collaborate, work effectively and form strong relationships with both the client's and the Tech Data account teams. The ideal candidate will not only have the desired skill set but also will have a winning attitude that promotes mutual success.
Skill Sets:
• BS/BA or equivalent with 5+ years related sales industry experience
• Ability to understand the basics of our client's channel model
• Distribution experience is a plus
• Good understanding of Excel and strong analytic skills
• Team player that works well in collaborative and matrix management
• Self-motivated, resourceful, consistent follow-through on projects and issues
• Proven ability to multi-task and detail oriented
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
