Hexcel is currently seeking a Recruiting Sourcing Specialist for our US Operations. The Recruiting Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for building a pipeline of future candidates for multiple Hexcel locations across the United States.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:
• Responsible for the proactive sourcing of talent
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
• Research and develop new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
• Maintain/update all external job boards
• Prescreen and identify candidates on Hexcel's ATS, SuccessFactors
• Blog on social media sites (Facebook/LinkedIn/Twitter)
• Brand and market Hexcel's social media sites
• Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
• Create innovative sourcing strategies
• Organize career fairs
• Prescreen candidate for position eligibility
• Manage the employee referral program
• Maintain Hexcel's ATS SuccessFactors
• Provide back-up assistance to the recruiters as needed
• Create Staffing Scorecard which provides the information helpful to reviewing candidates
• Other Administrative and recordkeeping duties as assigned/required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor´s degree required; prefer degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development or Communication
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• 1+ years recruiting experience
• Must maintain confidentiality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well Organized and Detailed Oriented
• Team oriented positive attitude
• Creative with ability to multitask
• Open to travel

Eligible candidate must be: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, a person lawfully admitted for permanent residence, a temporary resident under sections 210(a) or 245(A) of the Act, a person admitted in refugee status, a person granted asylum.
