POSITION – ACCOUNTING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
LOCATION – RTP, NC
DURATION – 6 MONTHS +
TYPE – CONTRACT
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for customer service and accounting activities
• Responsible for the more complex activities associated with maintaining ledger accounts and for developing financial statements and reports.
• Responsible for running daily reports and invoices
• Utilizes independent judgment and discretion to identify trends, variances, and key issues and provides recommendations for adjustment.
• Investigate all customer account issues
• Responsible for conducting moderate to complex financial analysis projects and/or reporting.
• May conduct audits to ensure financial controls are maintained and assist with month end reconciliations.
• Participates in continuous Process Improvement initiatives within the role and team.
• Adhoc projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS –
• Must have a bachelor´s degree in accounting and 3-5 years experience.
• Must have excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
• Must be proficient with MS Excel (Business Objects +)
• Must have solid experience in customer service
