Basic Requirements
BS in Computer Science/Engineering; MS/PhD preferred
3+ years of related industry experience
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Solid understanding on various software development tools and environments: IDE, debugger, source control, bug tracking, etc.
Ability to multi-task effectively under considerable pressure of deadlines and easily adapt within a fast-paced, start-up like environment

Candidate must have at least two of the following experience with track records.
Development experience of web applications with extensive HTML and JavaScript
Development experience with Adobe Flash 8, 9 and 10 with ActionScript 2.0 and 3.0
Development experience with web services (HTTP, XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, WSDL)
Development experience with web server and software (Apache, CGI, SSI, JSP, ASP, PHP, .NET)
