Description
Targeted Skills & Competencies:
* Familiarity with web technologies, MS SharePoint 2010, Chatter, Jive.
* Ability to develop business and functional requirements.
* Ability to coordinate with C-level executives.
* IT product development and program experience.
* Coordinate a software pilot with multiple teams.
* Ability to follow SDLC process.
* Solid understanding of IT and its alignment with business processes.
* Solid understanding of social media and collaboration concepts.
Expected Responsibilities:
* Ability to capture requirements from business operations, IT and 3rd party vendors.
* Lead requirements gathering sessions.
* Maintains SOX and SAS70 regulatory controls & standards.
* Will be responsible for collecting key data across the organization, analyzing the data and preparing requirements (business, functional and technical).
* Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.
Suggested Experience & Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree and 8 - 10 yrs of business analysis experience. Good communication, analytical, negotiation, and troubleshooting skills.
