Design and develop GUI framework
Focus on user experience
Deliver on short time frames
Ensure highest quality to meeting needs of a 24x7 mission critical solution
Work closely with on-site and off-site engineering resources
Requirements:
Five plus years of Java development experience
Recent experience building web services for highly-scalable multi-tenant SaaS application a must
Experience working with cutting-edge Open Source Technologies
Proficient in object modeling, multi-threaded Java programming, Eclipse IDE and advanced debugging skills
Strong skills in J2EE and SOA technologies like JBoss, Tomcat, Spring, Hibernate, JSON, etc.
Strong understanding of OO concepts and databases
Strong GUI programming

Flex/Flash
JSP
Object oriented software design and high performance implementation
Clear communication, software design, unit test and documentation skills
Self-motivated and independent with a strong work ethic
