Search Wizards is an Atlanta-based Consulting firm that is dedicated to the contract and direct hire placement of mid-to-senior level candidates for any role within Talent Acquisition, including: Research, Sourcing, Recruiting, Strategy, Leadership and Support.
We are a national vendor for several Fortune 500 clients and we currently have multiple immediate contract opportunities, both full-lifecycle recruiting and dedicated sourcing roles.
We have a very exciting opportunity available for a seasoned Technology Sourcer. This position will report on site 5 days a week in Seattle, WA and will start as a 6 month contract with the strong potential to extend.
Responsibilities:
- Aggressively identify, qualify, and develop a candidate pipeline through the use of internal database searches, Boolean Internet Searches, Job Board Databases, Social Networking Sites, and other information sources as required.
- Expertly screen candidates based interest level, availability, visa status, salary range, relocation requirements, and basic qualifications.
- Document interview notes and submit to relevant hiring team.
- Ensure follow-up with candidates and recruiting team to ensure timely delivery of all objectives.
Requirements Qualifications:
- Recent experience in a dedicated sourcing role preferably within a corporate environment
- Expert-level internet/computer skills (Boolean searches, search engines, social networking sites etc)
- Must be familiar with the software development lifecycle, very technically savvy, and have the ability to effectively screen talent against their technical aptitude.
