We are Actively seeking an RF/Analog IC designer to design high performance RF/Analog circuits for today's highly sophisticated CMOS RF transceiver products, using state-of-the-art deep sub-micron CMOS technologies. These products include RF/Baseband transceivers for GSM, GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA, HSPA, LTE, LTE-A, and other advanced wireless technologies. This is a full time position based in San Jose, CA. Skills Required:

Hands-on experience in designing various RF/Analog integrated circuits, such as LNA, Mixer, RF VGAs, PA, VCO, PLL, Regulators, ADC/DAC, etc., in deep sub-micron CMOS technologies.

Ability to comprehend the RF transceiver's system level requirement and to translate it into the circuit level specifications. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills are essential.

Strong knowledge on IC design CAD tools such as Spectre, SpectreRF, Spice, Matlab, ADS, etc

A thorough understanding of the physical layout requirement and ability to perform the critical layouts

Lab testing skills to evaluate the prototype unit to the design specification.

Motivated to carry out a wide variety of tasks with clear communication and presentation skills in a dynamic team environment.

Education:

· M.S. with extensive industry experience or Ph. D. is preferred.
