The Role: Customer Service Representative
The Location: Midland, TX
Our company, Envirocon Technologies, is on the forefront of the "sustainable living movement". We manufacture innovative and sustainable household cleaning products that work. Our continued growth has prompted us to search for a Customer Service Representative t to provide administrative support to our sales team.
What will I be doing?
The Customer Service Representative will directly support our sales organization. They will be the in-office contact for our outside salespeople and serve as the administrative point-person. As the administrative point-person they will be responsible for assisting the sales team with paperwork, maintenance reports, and electronic filings. The Customer Service Representative will also collaborate on sales efforts and occasionally support the sales team during presentations or trade shows. This dynamic individual will gain mastery over our retail clients' websites, and learn how to analyze and interpret sales data in order to maximize growth.
What skills & qualifications do I need?
You have a bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with equivalent work experience
You have some administrative support experience, preferably in a sales
You can communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats with vendors, buyers, internal employees, and sales teams
You have strong Excel skills and are comfortable learning new technology
Experience with Peachtree accounting software is a plus, but not required
You have a warm personality and a bright and engaging phone voice
You enjoy being part of a team and supporting your team members, and you show initiative
Experience in the grocery store/retail industry is helpful, but not required
