We are looking for a Channel Marketing Assistant for a contractor role at a global enterprise solutions company in Sunnyvale, CA. The marketing assistant will be responsible for supporting 4 channel marketing managers on a variety of analytical tasks (excel based analysis, metrics and reporting) and research support tasks.
This is a great role for someone who is early in their marketing career, making a transition to marketing, or making a transition back to marketing after taking a break in their career.
This is a 30-40 hours per week role onsite at the client's offices in Sunnyvale, CA, for a 6 month period. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities:
•Gather and create channel partner metrics reporting in excel
•Create various channel partner reports in excel, pulling data from various internal systems
•Search for marketing content on internal marketing databases as needed for partner needs/events/presentations
•Support channel marketing managers for partner communications and meeting support, including power point presentations, meeting minutes, email announcements, etc.
Requirements:
•Data entry, strong Excel skills, ability to interpret data
•1 to 2 years marketing or related experience, ideally in a high technology company
•Good written communications skills
•Strong attention to details
•Ability to work in a high-energy, high-output, multi-tasking environment.
•Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience
