Requisition Information
Position: Lead Java/J2EE Developer
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: December 31, 2013 (18 months +)
Location: West Los Angeles, CA
Face to face interview NOT required.
Required Skills:
-7+ years experience in the design and development of complex enterprise applications
-Demonstrated ability to plan and lead projects
-Proficiency in Java/J2EE technologies Java, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, JMS etc.
-Experience building applications with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
-Experience with JUnit, Eclipse (or equivalent IDE), TeamCity (or equivalent CI tool), Maven (or Ant), Archiva, SVN (or equivalent Source Control), Tomcat, Linux, MS Sql Server (or equivalent database)
-Solid expertise in XML and related technologies such as JAXP, JAXB, XPath, XML schema
-Hands-on experience and demonstrated expertise around Web Services (REST or SOAP) using Java
-Strong grasp of service oriented architecture (SOA) principles with solid implementation experience
-Expertise in developing and hosting services on Enterprise Service Bus like Service Mix, Mule or equivalent product
-Solid experience in developing applications using agile software development methodologies and test driven development methodologies
-Excellent written and oral communication skills appropriate for the position. Ability to communicate effectively with management, customers, stakeholders, team members and vendors on technical and non-technical subjects.
