Role: Global Channel Marketing Manager- Small Business
Location: San Francisco Bay Area
Time Commitment: Full time

Position Overview:
Channel Impact is seeking a global channel marketing manager to support the client's efforts to accelerate their partner's success in the small business (SMB) marketplace.
In this role you will help the client to develop and execute an approach that allows the partners to easily participate in the client's programs in support of mutual business growth.
The channel marketing manager will manage multiple projects across different functional areas and geographies. The goal of these programs will be to enable partners to capture new business and revenue opportunities in the SMB. For these projects, the program manager's ability to work across geographic and functional boundaries will ultimately measure success.
This is a W2 opportunity at Channel Impact.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Develop an integrated global marketing plan for the relevant partner business models (Distributors, VARs, SIs, etc)
• Develop channel marketing messages and positioning for campaigns and supporting resources
• Lead the development of competitive positioning documents to arm the partners with relevant information
• Develop co-marketing campaigns marketing the joint client and partner solutions for the SMB
• Develop channel marketing playbooks that are designed to accelerate campaign adoption and generate leads for the client and the partner
• Create a Small Business Guide
Skill sets:
• 10+ years of channel marketing experience
• Strong understanding of partner business models (SIs, ISVs, Large VARs, etc)
• Strong understanding of the small business market
• Global channel marketing experience is a plus
• Excellent writing skills
• Excellent presenting skills
• Good understanding of networking solutions
• Ability to negotiate with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams
• Expertly manage internal/external vendors and track budgets
• Influencing skills with senior level managers/directors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent project management, negotiation and decision-making skills
• Team player, willing to go the extra mile when needed
• Self-motivated, resourceful, takes initiative. Being a self-starter is key to our mutual success
• Excellent time management skills
• Consistent follow-through on projects
• Very organized and detail oriented
• Proven ability to multi-task
• BA or BS Required. MBA is a plus.
