Interview Process: Phone then face to face
Minimum requirements:
· Ability to translate functional and non-functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Be reliable, accountable, transparent, and be respected by others.
· Proven experience in
o Application development using Java/J2EE.
o Development of middleware (WebServices, JMS)
o Data modeling and database development.
· Good understanding of Messaging (MQ, EMS, etc.).
· Very Good knowledge of TIBCO BW tool
· Knowledge of TIBCO BE tool is a must
Also:
· A smart individual, who understands what and why he/she has developed.
· Is willing to learn new tools/skills
