Position Requirements:
- Skilled to deliver large complex project, with significant prior Development experience in a fast passed and time-critical environment
- Through understanding of what to do and what not to do in large project
- Strong leadership skills. Ability to guide multiple team leads in problem solving.
- Ability to lead SRT calls
- Ability to anticipate problem before it becomes an issue
- Strong SQL background
- Strong Java background
- Ability to pick up end to end architecture in short notice.
- Ability to separate architecture from technology
- Knowledge of system wide balance and control
- Extensive knowledge about writing high performance code and query.
