About this position:

We are looking for a fast learning analytical thinker to assist in our optimization and testing efforts as we revolutionize the way legal services are delivered online. In this role you´ll be trained in conversion rate optimization and learn how to improve site performance through the creation and analysis of multivariate tests. You´ll become a web analytics superstore, using data to formulate hypotheses and creating tests to validate them. You´ll work closely with the Marketing, Design, and Product teams to turn your ideas into bottom line revenue.

Responsibilities:

-Optimize the front-end experience by creating and monitoring A-B tests to increase conversion
rate and user engagement
-Manage testing and optimization documentation to assist with prioritization of product development
efforts
-Analyze and report on data using tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Optimizely, and Kiss Metrics
-Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Design, and Product teams on a wide range of projects

Qualifications:

-1-3 years of work experience developing analytical reports and/or project management
-Good working knowledge of Excel
-Creative, inquisitive problem solver
-Bachelor´s degree in a quantitative discipline, e.g. Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics
