The Biz Ops Director will provide analysis and strategy for Publisher monetization efforts with new and existing offerings. Working closely with Ad Ops and BD the position will be responsible for optimizing operational efficiency and improving margins through thorough research and assessment of campaign performance metrics. The ideal candidate is a master of qualitative and quantitative analysis, modeling, forecasting and is extremely analytical. This person has the ability to dive into the data and emerge with thoughtful insights and data-driven recommendations that are highly impactful. Excellent communication and the ability to navigate many levels and team members is essential.
• Pub traffic analysis and optimization recommendations
• Platform rate card development
• Comp plan structure development and revision
• Performance vs goals reporting and strategy
• Establish Pub quality metrics
• Pub cost information reporting processes
• Ad serving analysis
• Utilize and streamline CRM processes for data usage
• Implementation efforts for biz intelligence solutions
Desired Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus)
• Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
• Expert in Excel
• Modeling skills
• Salesforce CRM experience
• Detail oriented with ability to effectively prioritize competing tasks
• International experience a plus
• 6+ years of industry experience in operations finance
• Startup experience highly favored
