[KITlist] Senior NPI Program Manager (SF Peninsula, CA)

The Sage Group is looking for a Sr. NPI Program Manager with NPI (New Product Introduction)/ Governance Process Improvement experience to leveraging existing high level plan, development details and implement the process for our leading virtualization software client.



Responsibilities Include:

- Supporting the development of an NPI process, impacting the end to end PLC.

- Develop templates and scorecards/metrics in support of the NPI process.

- Facilitate the acceptance and utilization of the NPI process throughout the organization through cross functional engagement.

- Define training and support/resource needs to implement NPI in a multi-faceted manner.

Skills Required:

- Minimum 8+ years' of experience with NPI GOVERNANCE PROCESS MANAGEMENT with an Enterprise level Software Company

-5+ years' of experience managing all elements of the product launch process including development and execution of go-to-market plans and internal operations and product readiness

- Full lifecycle management experience



Skills Preferred:

- Agile methodology and scrum process

- PMP Certified

- Service/SaaS expertise

Timing: 8-10 months

Start: ASAP

Location: Onsite - Peninsula
