Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a mid-level, Digital Marketing Communications professional for our technology client in San Jose, CA. This full time consulting role will provide support for the strategic integration and execution of digital campaigns that create awareness and relevance for technology solutions targeting Service Provider customers in specific geographies. These campaigns are 100% external, customer-facing.
Specific Responsibilities:
Provide web marketing best practice recommendations to global marketing teams promoting video, mobile and data center technologies for Service Providers to adopt as part of their delivery networks
Produce and execute the development of web site content (in collaboration with internal marketing teams), white paper and video assets
Participate in monthly meetings with theater teams to gather input and align priorities, and provide ongoing recommendations related to web site content flow and the online customer journey
Tactical support for 100% external, client-facing campaigns: web page updates, web analytics reporting, audits, site map updates, broken URL maintenance, and video archiving
Development of digital marketing communications recommendations
Production of marketing assets
Skills:
5-7 years� experience managing and delivering b2b digital marketing communications campaigns. Experience working with global teams is strongly preferred.
Previous experience working at Cisco is required
Experience managing external vendors/agencies to execute campaigns OR experience working with internal cross-functional teams contributing to a single campaign is required
Experience writing statements of work which outline expectations, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and payment schedule for contracted work
Ability to integrate marketing communication efforts across multiple programs and campaigns in terms of company brand guidelines, establish message hierarchies and consistency
Experience in the delivery of web metrics reporting and online customer engagement is required
Knowledge of web banner advertising best practices is desired
Must be a proactive personality who is willing to seek information, be resourceful, and remain calm in the face of constant changes; it is expected that the consultant will never be able to finish a task without interruption and must have methods for keeping highly organized according to deadlines
Ability to create momentum for the marketing efforts and lead the team to short-term wins in digital marketing while in the midst of disruption
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Bachelor���s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar
RATE: D.O.E; as W-2 employee of Crawford Group; benefits available
LOCATION: 70% onsite at client�s office in San Jose, CA; 30% offsite/virtual/WFH. No phone calls.
