Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full time B2B Global Customer Presenter consultant to support the Worldwide Sales team for our client in San Jose, CA. The B2B Global Customer Presenter will deliver presentations from the customer briefing center in San Jose to B2B customers at other offices in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. The consultant's role in customer presentations is to help the Sales team strengthen their relationship with the customer through dialogue and value sharing. This role is an extension of the Sales team and the consultant is expected to communicate at a level reflective of a Fortune 100 company.
The ideal candidate has familiarity with the B2B sales cycle and must be comfortable enough with technology to quickly learn the client's video conference delivery system, and connect remotely with customers in other countries to deliver presentations with confidence. The B2B Global Customer Presenter will conduct business presentations to business executives, not technical presentations to IT customers, although some technical questions could arise and the Presenter must be comfortable responding professionally to customers' questions, remaining calm and poised. Each customer presentation will be approximately 45-90 minutes in length and full training on the specific presentations will be provided on the job.
Specific Responsibilities:
Attend approximately 40 hours of training to learn the developed presentations, products and the business concerns of the vertical industries being targeted (e.g. education, healthcare, finance, etc.)
Pre and post presentation emails with the sales team are required to coordinate schedules, confirm expectations and identify key message areas
Provide supplemental help to an existing team of presenters with global requests for solution demonstrations
Follow developed and scripted presentations, keeping in mind that updates to technology solutions will require updates to the presentation content and refinements to presentations over time will be needed
Superb professional disposition is required when responding to customer questions; Sales Account Managers will also be in attendance to assist with customer inquiries
Skills:
Superb business presentation skills required; must speak professionally and have a good presence with enterprise customers, large groups and executive level customers
Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required, must be articulate and able to deliver complex points in a concise fashion
Experience with PowerPoint is required (do not need to be a PPT power-user)
Comfortable with technology, particularly collaboration and video technologies like IP telephony, WebEx, and video conferencing are preferred
Must be able to interact and engage with the customer or partners and stimulate/hold two way discussions at an executive level, and potentially with technical IT staff
Must be able to connect with the business leaders in areas such as Retail, Education, Healthcare, and Banking on their challenges and how technology can address them
Knowledge of Cisco technologies strongly preferred
Business fluency/understanding is required
High level of professionalism and multicultural awareness is expected
Must be comfortable with PowerPoint and presenting remotely through video conference
Sales experience is a plus
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar preferred, but not required
RATE: D.O.E; as W-2 employee of Crawford Group; benefits available
LOCATION: 100% onsite at client's office in San Jose, CA. No phone calls please.
HOURS/DURATION: Training will be required during the first two weeks of this assignment, between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm PDT. After the training period, the work shift is 4:30am � 1:30pm PDT. FT; starting April 28, 2014 � July 25, 2014; possibility of extension
