Customer Service Specialist and Office Manager position for Remodeling firm - Atlanta Perimeter Mall area
MOSAIC Group, a leading Atlanta residential design/ build remodeling firm is prepared to hire an exceptional Customer Service Specialist and Office Manager. Experience with fundamental A/P bookkeeping tasks and data entry is required, but this is not a full-charge accounting position.
MOSAIC is looking for a career-oriented individual who is highly organized, professional and customer-oriented. Compensation is competitive with an upside for excellence. The company office is centrally located in the Chamblee-Dunwoody- Sandy Springs area.
This individual will be the “Director of First Impressions” at MOSAIC, handling prospect and client calls and receptionist duties. Primary responsibilities include communicating with prospective and current clients, vendors and tradespeople; managing incoming multi-line telephone traffic; A/P and invoicing bookkeeping tasks under the supervision of the company accountant/controller, administratively supporting the Owners and key managers, scheduling appointments, and office/facility organization.
Computer literacy and competency with Microsoft Office products and experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks is a must. A minimum of 5 years of experience in this type of challenging multi-task position is required.
