Job Summary

As a Compliance Analyst, your specific responsibilities will include:



• Provide data administration, analysis and support for the Strategic Accounts (SA) department. This includes database design, maintenance, and support for MAPICA, MALT, Change Control and any future databases as required.

• Support SA technology initiatives through requirements review, analysis of data, reports automation, and process improvements.

• Support SA initiatives and projects as assigned, completing research, project coordination, record keeping and status reporting.

• Drive special projects as needed in support of SA, FSC, and Field initiatives that impact the Contract Setup Implementation process and/or SA BobNet micro site.

• Monitor, measure, analyze, and report on processes and services provided to internal and external clients.

• Independently manage multiple small concurrent projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.

• Solicit resources and direct the work of peers and others outside immediate team in these efforts.

• Data collection, analysis, manage project timelines, and provide frequent status on project progress.

• Provide analytical, technical and administrative services while reporting to multiple departmental managers and partner, assist, cross-train and back-up other department team members.

• Must monitor and report on project progress in a structured manner, drawing particular attention to deviations and risk to the project schedule.

• Maintain and update the project plan and all documentation.

• Assess the impact of any one project on other concurrent projects and allocate resources as necessary to achieve the optimum results.

• Review all projects and modify performance measures as necessary to accommodate process improvement initiatives, RH services offerings and/or system changes.

• Review and assess function and department processes and implement changes for improved position and departmental efficiencies.

• Independently create and maintain related training documentation such as desk level procedures for own job duties and those of other team roles.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree, completion of equivalent coursework towards a 4-year degree, or equivalent work experience. Bachelor's degree desired.

• 5+ years' progressive work experience overall if no degree.

• 2 years' experience of which in a Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator, Content Management or related role.

• 2 years' experience reviewing simple contracts for billing and service related terms is desired.

• RoboHelp, AuthorIT, XML, MS Access, MJ/MJ Plus knowledge desired.

• Exposure to Upside Contract Lifecycle software or other similar tool a plus.

• Examples of required skills: Transferable work experience might include experience as a coordinator for an Engineering or Architectural firm facilitating project submissions and/or tracking project progress and schedules; A loan processor responsible for various loan packages for multiple individuals; Traditional project management and facilitation including reporting and tracking activities; Capable of managing many tasks and vying priorities.

• MS Office suite, including advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience.

• Ability to use the web as research tool, ability to learn new software packages and in-house systems as the business need arises.

• Proven organizational skills strong problem solving skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to follow through and complete tasks capable of following directions closely with a minimum of supervision.

• Ability to work in fast paced environment.
